本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOS／iPadアプリ ToneBeyond Studio（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms govern your use of the iOS/iPad app ToneBeyond Studio (the "App") provided by ToneBeyond ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
当方は、本規約に従うことを条件に、本アプリを個人的かつ非商用の目的で使用する、譲渡不可・非独占的なライセンスをお客様に付与します。本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布は禁止します。
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.
本アプリは無料でご利用いただける範囲に加え、追加機能やコンテンツ配信を解放するサブスクリプション等のアプリ内課金を提供する場合があります。購入はApp Storeを通じて行われ、Appleの規約と返金ポリシーが適用されます。サブスクリプションは期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新され、料金はApple IDに請求されます。解約はデバイスのApp Store設定から行えます。「購入の復元」機能を提供します。
In addition to free features, the App may offer in-app purchases such as a subscription that unlocks additional features and content delivery. Purchases are processed through the App Store and subject to Apple's terms and refund policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period and are billed to your Apple ID; manage or cancel in your device's App Store settings. A "Restore Purchases" option is provided.
練習記録や設定はお客様のデバイス内（およびお客様自身のiCloud）に保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
Your practice records and settings are stored on your device (and your own iCloud) and are not sent to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（テキスト、譜面、音源、デザイン、ロゴ等）に関する権利は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。お客様が本アプリ内で作成した楽曲・アレンジ・録音の権利はお客様に帰属します。
All rights in the App and its content (text, notation, audio, design, logos, etc.) belong to us or the respective rights holders. You retain the rights to compositions, arrangements, and recordings you create within the App.
本アプリでは、練習のためにお客様自身の教材（教則本・雑誌のページ写真、コード譜・歌詞のメモ等）を曲に添付できます。これらの教材は、お客様自身が所有または正当な利用許諾を得たものを、私的使用の範囲（ご自身の練習・ご自身の端末内）でのみ取り込んでください。取り込んだ教材は本アプリ内で他のユーザーへ共有・公開されることはなく、お客様ご自身のiCloud（プライベート）でご自身の端末間にのみ同期されます。第三者の著作物を取り込む権利の確認・遵守、および当該利用の責任はお客様に帰属します。お客様は、取り込んだ教材を第三者へ共有・配布・公衆送信しないものとします。
The App lets you attach your own study material (e.g., photos of textbook or magazine pages, chord/lyric notes) to a song for practice. You may only import material that you own or are licensed to use, and only for private use (your own practice, on your own devices). Imported material is never shared with or made public to other users in the App; it syncs only across your own devices via your private iCloud. You are solely responsible for confirming and complying with any rights in third‑party works you import, and you agree not to share, distribute, or publicly transmit imported material to others.
本アプリはギター演奏の練習を支援するものであり、上達や特定の成果を保証するものではありません。フォームのチェックや休憩のリマインドなど身体に関する案内は一般的な教育情報であり、医学的助言ではありません。痛みや違和感がある場合は無理をせず、必要に応じて医療専門家にご相談ください。本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性等を保証しません。
The App supports guitar practice and does not guarantee improvement or any particular outcome. Guidance related to the body, such as form checks and break reminders, is general educational information, not medical advice. If you feel pain or discomfort, do not push yourself and consult a healthcare professional as needed. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
法律で認められる範囲において、当方は本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
本規約はお客様と当方との間の契約であり、Appleは当事者ではありません。Appleは本アプリに関するいかなる保証・サポート義務も負いません。本アプリはApple App Storeの利用規約にも従うものとします。
These Terms are between you and us; Apple is not a party. Apple has no warranty or support obligation for the App. Your use is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
