本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOS／iPadアプリ ToneBeyond Studio（以下「本アプリ」）におけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
This Privacy Policy explains how ToneBeyond ("we") handles data in the iOS/iPad app ToneBeyond Studio (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
本アプリは、個人情報を一切収集しません。 アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などを取得することはありません。当方のサーバーへ利用データを送信することはありません。
The App collects no personal information. No account is required, and we do not gather your name, email, or location. We do not transmit any usage data to our servers.
本アプリは、チューナー・録音・リズム採点のためにマイクを、演奏フォーム（手首の角度など）のチェックのためにカメラを使用します。これらの音声・映像、および手の骨格情報の解析はすべてお客様のデバイス内（オンデバイス）で処理され、当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信・保存されることは一切ありません。録音した音声は、お客様が保存を選択した場合のみ端末内に保存されます。
The App uses the microphone for tuning, recording, and rhythm scoring, and the camera to check playing form (e.g., wrist angle). All audio, video, and hand-pose analysis are processed entirely on your device (on-device) and are never sent to or stored on our or any third party's servers. Recordings are saved on your device only when you choose to keep them.
練習の記録、獲得バッジ、表示言語・テーマなどの設定は、お客様のデバイス内（iOSの標準保存領域）に保存されます。iCloud同期を有効にした場合、これらのデータはお客様自身のプライベートなiCloud（Apple）を通じてお客様の端末間で同期されますが、当方のサーバーには送信されません。アプリを削除すると、端末内のこれらのデータは消去されます。
Your practice records, earned badges, and preferences (language, theme) are stored on your device using standard iOS storage. If iCloud sync is enabled, this data syncs across your own devices via your private iCloud (Apple) account — never via our servers. Deleting the App removes this on-device data.
本アプリは広告を表示せず、トラッキング（追跡）も行いません。広告識別子（IDFA）やアクセス解析SDKは使用していません。
The App shows no ads and does no tracking. It uses no advertising identifier (IDFA) and no analytics SDKs.
本アプリは、追加機能やコンテンツ配信のためのサブスクリプション等のアプリ内課金を提供する場合があります。購入はApp Storeを通じてAppleが処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
The App may offer in-app purchases such as a subscription for additional features and content. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never receive your payment details such as card numbers.
収集する情報がないため、第三者と共有・販売するデータはありません。法令に基づく正当な要請があった場合を除き、いかなるデータも提供しません。
Because we collect no information, there is no data to share or sell to third parties. We disclose nothing except where required by valid legal process.
