AcoustioNary — ToneBeyond
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ AcoustioNary（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms govern your use of the iOS app AcoustioNary (the "App") provided by ToneBeyond ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
当方は、本規約に従うことを条件に、本アプリを個人的かつ非商用の目的で使用する、譲渡不可・非独占的なライセンスをお客様に付与します。本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布は禁止します。
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.
本アプリ（バージョン2.0以降）は無料でダウンロード・ご利用いただけます。学習を続けるため、45分ごとに短いリワード動画広告（Google AdMob）を1本（または最大3本まとめて）視聴していただきます。広告とこの利用時間ゲートを完全に削除する「広告を完全に削除（買い切り）」を、アプリ内課金（非消費型、価格は表示時点のApp Store価格）でご用意しています。購入はApp Storeを通じて行われ、Appleの規約と返金ポリシーが適用されます。「購入の復元」機能をアプリ内に常設しています。以前バージョン（買い切り版 v1.0／v1.0.1）をご購入いただいた方は、初回起動時に自動的に「広告なし」状態となります（Appleが提供するアプリ購入履歴の最初のバージョンを参照して判定）。リワード動画とプライバシーの詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
Starting in version 2.0, the App is free to download and use. To keep practicing, every 45 minutes you watch one short rewarded video ad served by Google AdMob (or three back-to-back for +135 minutes). A non-consumable "Remove ads forever" in-app purchase removes both the ads and the time gate (price shown in the App Store). All purchases are processed through the App Store and subject to Apple's terms and refund policy. A "Restore Purchases" option is always available in the App. If you previously bought the paid version (v1.0 or v1.0.1), Remove Ads is granted automatically on first launch (determined from the original-purchase version that Apple records for your account). See the Privacy Policy for details on rewarded ads and consent.

本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（テキスト、例文、音声、デザイン、ロゴ等）に関する権利は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
All rights in the App and its content (text, example sentences, audio, design, logos, etc.) belong to us or the respective rights holders.
本アプリはギターをテーマにした英語学習アプリであり、試験の合格や特定の得点を保証するものではありません。英検・TOEICなどの試験団体とは一切関係のない非公式アプリです。「英検」は公益財団法人 日本英語検定協会、「TOEIC」はETSの登録商標です。本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性等を保証しません。
The App is a guitar-themed English learning app and does not guarantee passing or any particular exam score. It is an unofficial app with no affiliation to Eiken, TOEIC, or their organizations. "Eiken" is a trademark of the Eiken Foundation of Japan; "TOEIC" is a registered trademark of ETS. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
法律で認められる範囲において、当方は本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
本規約はお客様と当方との間の契約であり、Appleは当事者ではありません。Appleは本アプリに関するいかなる保証・サポート義務も負いません。本アプリはApple App Storeの利用規約にも従うものとします。
These Terms are between you and us; Apple is not a party. Apple has no warranty or support obligation for the App. Your use is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
