本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ AcoustioNary（以下「本アプリ」）におけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
This Privacy Policy explains how ToneBeyond ("we") handles data in the iOS app AcoustioNary (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
本アプリは、個人情報を一切収集しません。 アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などを取得することはありません。本アプリは開発者が運営するサーバーへ接続せず、学習内容や利用データを外部に送信しません。任意の応援チップを購入する場合のみ、AppleのApp Storeが決済を処理します。
The App collects no personal information. No account is required, and we do not gather your name, email, or location. The App does not connect to any developer-operated server and does not transmit learning content or usage data externally. Apple’s App Store processes payment only if you choose to make an optional support tip.
学習の進捗、正誤の記録、Personal Expression Library（自分で作成した英語表現）、表示言語・テーマ・音声などの設定は、お客様のデバイス内のみ（iOSの標準保存領域）に保存されます。当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータは完全に消去されます。
Your learning progress, answer history, Personal Expression Library (English expressions you create), and preferences (language, theme, audio) are stored only on your device using standard iOS storage. They are never sent to or stored on our or any third party's servers. Deleting the App permanently removes this data.
本アプリには広告、第三者解析SDK、トラッキング、利用時間ゲートはありません。広告識別子（IDFA）を取得せず、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可も求めません。発音音声は端末内の音声合成で生成されます。設定画面には開発を応援する任意の消費型チップがありますが、購入しても機能やコンテンツは解放されず、購入しなくてもすべての学習機能を利用できます。
The App contains no advertising, third-party analytics SDK, tracking, or usage-time gate. It does not access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. Pronunciation audio is generated on-device using text-to-speech. Settings includes optional consumable tips that support development; tips unlock no feature or content, and every learning feature remains available without a purchase.
当方自身が収集・保管するデータはなく、学習内容や利用データを第三者へ共有・販売しません。任意の応援チップの決済情報はAppleのApp Storeが処理し、当方がカード番号等を取り扱うことはありません（法令に基づく正当な要請がある場合を除く）。
We collect and store no data ourselves, and we do not share or sell learning content or usage data to third parties. Payments for optional support tips are processed entirely by Apple's App Store; we never see your card details. There is no other third-party sharing or sale (except where required by valid legal process).

The App is a guitar-themed English learning app and does not guarantee passing or any particular exam score. It is an unofficial app with no affiliation to Eiken, TOEIC, or their organizations. "Eiken" is a trademark of the Eiken Foundation of Japan; "TOEIC" is a registered trademark of ETS.
