本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ AcoustioNary（以下「本アプリ」）におけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
This Privacy Policy explains how ToneBeyond ("we") handles data in the iOS app AcoustioNary (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
本アプリは、個人情報を一切収集しません。 アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などを取得することはありません。本アプリはサーバーと通信せず、利用データを外部に送信しません。
The App collects no personal information. No account is required, and we do not gather your name, email, or location. The App does not communicate with any server and does not transmit usage data externally.
学習の進捗、正誤の記録、表示言語・テーマ・音声などの設定は、お客様のデバイス内のみ（iOSの標準保存領域）に保存されます。当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータは完全に消去されます。
Your learning progress, answer history, and preferences (language, theme, audio) are stored only on your device using standard iOS storage. They are never sent to or stored on our or any third party's servers. Deleting the App permanently removes this data.
本アプリ（バージョン2.0以降）は、学習を続けるためのリワード動画広告を Google AdMob 経由で表示します。広告の配信・計測のため、Google および同社の広告パートナーがお客様のデバイスから取得した情報（広告識別子（IDFA）、IPアドレス、デバイス情報、おおまかな位置、広告とのやり取りなど）を処理することがあります。EEA・英国・スイス・カリフォルニア州の方には、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）による同意フォームを最初に表示します。iOSの仕様により、初回起動時に「App Tracking Transparency（ATT）」のシステムダイアログでトラッキング許可を確認します。許可しない場合でも本アプリはご利用いただけます（パーソナライズされない広告が表示されます）。広告を完全に削除する追加課金（「広告を完全に削除」、買い切り）をご購入いただくと、広告は表示されなくなり、リワード視聴の必要もなくなります。発音音声は引き続き端末内の音声合成で生成され、ネットワーク接続は不要です。Googleのプライバシー方針：https://policies.google.com/privacy。広告事業者の詳細：Google AdMob。
Starting in version 2.0, the App shows rewarded video ads via Google AdMob so you can keep practicing. To serve and measure these ads, Google and its advertising partners may process information collected from your device — including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), IP address, device information, coarse location, and ad-interaction events. For users in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and California, a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form is presented on first launch. iOS also shows the system App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; the App still works if you decline (you will see non-personalized ads). The non-consumable "Remove ads forever" in-app purchase removes all ads and the time gate. 当方自身が収集・保管するデータはありません。広告配信のため、Google および同社の広告パートナーに対し、上記「広告・トラッキング」に記載した範囲のデバイス情報がGoogle AdMob SDKを通じて送信されます。決済情報は Apple のApp Storeが処理し、当方がカード番号等を取り扱うことはありません。それ以外の第三者共有・販売は行いません（法令に基づく正当な要請がある場合を除く）。
We collect and store no data ourselves. For ad serving, the Google Mobile Ads SDK sends the device information described in "Advertising & Tracking" above to Google and its ad partners. Payments are processed entirely by Apple's App Store; we never see your card details. No other third-party sharing or sale (except where required by valid legal process).

The App is a guitar-themed English learning app and does not guarantee passing or any particular exam score. It is an unofficial app with no affiliation to Eiken, TOEIC, or their organizations. "Eiken" is a trademark of the Eiken Foundation of Japan; "TOEIC" is a registered trademark of ETS.
