本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ ToneBloom（以下「本アプリ」）におけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリは、実際のアコースティックギターの音を端末上で聴き取り、静かな世界を灯す体験です。
This Privacy Policy explains how ToneBeyond ("we") handles data in the iOS app ToneBloom (the "App"). The App listens to your real acoustic guitar on device and uses that sound to light a quiet world.
本アプリは、個人情報を収集せず、広告SDKやトラッキングSDKを使用しません。 アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・正確な位置情報を当方が取得することはありません。
The App collects no personal information and uses no advertising or tracking SDKs. No account is required, and we do not collect your name, email address, or precise location.
本アプリは、ギターの音を検出するためにマイクへのアクセスを求めます。音声は端末内でリアルタイム処理され、外部へ送信・保存されません。当方のサーバーや第三者のサーバーへ録音データをアップロードする機能はありません。
The App asks for microphone access to detect guitar notes. Audio is processed in real time on your device and is not uploaded or stored externally. The App has no feature that sends recordings to our servers or any third-party server.
設定や小さな進行状態は、iOSの標準保存領域を使ってお客様のデバイス内に保存される場合があります。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータは削除されます。
Preferences and small progress states may be stored on your device using standard iOS storage. Deleting the App removes this data.
本アプリは広告を表示せず、トラッキングを行いません。ランキング、公開投稿、フォロワー、チャット、ガチャ、課金通貨も含まれていません。
The App shows no ads and performs no tracking. It also contains no rankings, public posting, followers, chat, gacha, or paid currency.
本アプリは無料で利用できます。任意の「応援（投げ銭）」としてApp内課金（消耗型）をご用意する場合がありますが、購入しても機能やコンテンツは解除されません。決済はAppleのApp Storeが処理し、当方がカード番号等を取り扱うことはありません。
The App is free to use. Optional consumable in-app purchases may be available as tips, but purchasing unlocks no features or content. Payments are processed by Apple's App Store; we do not handle your card details.
