本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ ToneBeyondLingua（以下「本アプリ」）におけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリは、音楽のリズムを通して英語の発音・リスニングを学ぶアプリです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
This Privacy Policy explains how ToneBeyond ("we") handles data in the iOS app ToneBeyondLingua (the "App"), which helps you learn English pronunciation and listening through musical rhythm. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
本アプリは、個人情報を一切収集しません。 アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などを取得することはありません。本アプリはサーバーと通信せず、利用データを外部に送信しません。
The App collects no personal information. No account is required, and we do not gather your name, email, or location. The App does not communicate with any server and does not transmit usage data externally.
本アプリでは、シャドーイングや「自分の声を重ねる」練習のためにマイクを使用します。音声はすべてお客様のデバイス内でリアルタイムに処理され、外部のサーバーへ送信・アップロードされることはありません。 録音した音声はデバイス内のみに保存され、いつでも削除できます。アプリを削除すると録音も完全に消去されます。マイクの使用には、初回にiOSの許可ダイアログで同意が必要です（許可しなくても、画面タップで拍に合わせる練習は引き続きご利用いただけます）。
The App uses the microphone for shadowing and "lay your own voice over the line" practice. All audio is processed in real time on your device and is never sent or uploaded to any server. Recordings are stored only on your device and can be deleted at any time; deleting the App removes them entirely. Microphone use requires your consent via the standard iOS prompt (if you decline, you can still practice the beat by tapping along).
本アプリは、同じ開発者が提供する別アプリ（HeartTap）のリズム学習データを読み取るため、iCloud の共有コンテナ（iCloud.jp.tonebeyond.cards）にアクセスする場合があります。この読み取りは完全に任意かつ読み取り専用です。 本アプリが iCloud にデータを書き込むことはありません。HeartTapがインストールされていない場合や、iCloudが利用できない・無効の場合、このアクセスは発生せず、本アプリは通常どおり機能します。
The App may access a shared iCloud container (iCloud.jp.tonebeyond.cards) to read rhythm-learning data from another app by the same developer (HeartTap). This access is entirely optional and read-only. The App never writes to iCloud. If HeartTap is not installed, or if iCloud is unavailable or disabled, this access does not occur and the App works normally.
本アプリは、お客様がデバイスに保存されている楽曲のテンポ（BPM）に合わせてリズム練習を行う機能を提供します。この機能を使用する場合、iOSの許可ダイアログで「ミュージックライブラリへのアクセス」の同意が必要です。取得するのはテンポ（BPM）のメタデータのみです。音楽ファイルそのものを読み取ったり、デバイス外に送信することはありません。 この機能は完全にオプションです。許可しなくても、バンドルされた練習素材でリズム練習を続けることができます。
The App offers a feature to practice rhythm at the tempo (BPM) of songs saved on your device. Using this feature requires your consent via the standard iOS permission prompt for music library access. Only tempo (BPM) metadata is used; the App does not read audio files or transmit any music data outside your device. This feature is entirely optional — you can continue rhythm practice with bundled materials without granting permission.
学習の進捗・練習の記録・表示言語などの設定は、お客様のデバイス内のみ（iOSの標準保存領域）に保存されます。当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータは完全に消去されます。
Your learning progress, practice history, and preferences (such as display language) are stored only on your device using standard iOS storage. They are never sent to or stored on our or any third party's servers. Deleting the App permanently removes this data.
本アプリは 広告を表示せず、トラッキングを行いません。 広告SDKや解析SDKを一切組み込んでいないため、広告識別子（IDFA）の取得やApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）の確認も行いません。第三者があなたの行動を追跡することはありません。
The App shows no ads and performs no tracking. It contains no advertising or analytics SDKs, so it does not access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. No third party tracks your behavior.
本アプリは完全無料です。機能制限や有料の壁はありません。任意の「応援（投げ銭）」として App内課金（買い切りの消耗型）をご用意していますが、購入しても何かが解除されるわけではありません（純粋な応援です）。決済は Apple のApp Storeが処理し、当方がカード番号等を取り扱うことはありません。
The App is completely free, with no feature gating or paywall. An optional "Support / tip" is available as a consumable in-app purchase, but purchasing unlocks nothing — it is purely a way to support the app. Payments are processed entirely by Apple's App Store; we never see your card details.
