ToneBEYOND Chronicles — Acoustic Journey
本利用規約は、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ ToneBEYOND Chronicles（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms govern your use of the iOS app ToneBEYOND Chronicles (the "App") provided by ToneBeyond ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
本アプリは、個人のギター練習、休息、響きの記録、日々の振り返りを支える音楽生活アプリです。ランキング、スコア、競争、演奏能力の認定を目的としたサービスではありません。
本アプリは、専門的な音楽指導、医療、メンタルヘルス、法律、金融に関する助言を提供するものではありません。
The App supports private guitar practice, rest, local sound records, and daily reflection. It is not a ranking, scoring, competitive, or performance-certification service.
The App does not provide professional music, medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
本アプリは、Check-in、Chronicle Page、設定、録音を端末内に保存する場合があります。端末、バックアップ、書き出したコンテンツの管理はユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。重要な録音は、必要に応じて別途バックアップしてください。
The App may save check-ins, Chronicle Pages, preferences, and recordings on your device. You are responsible for managing your device, backups, and exported content. Keep separate backups of important recordings when needed.
ユーザーが作成、保存、書き出し、またはアプリ外で共有する音や録音については、ユーザー自身が責任を負います。第三者の権利、法律、契約に違反する形で録音や配布を行わないでください。
ToneBEYOND Chroniclesは、著作権で保護された楽曲、歌詞、楽譜、伴奏、サンプル、第三者の録音に関する利用権を付与するものではありません。
You are responsible for the sounds and recordings you create, keep, export, or share outside the App. Do not record or distribute content in a way that violates third-party rights, laws, or agreements.
ToneBEYOND Chronicles does not grant rights to copyrighted songs, lyrics, sheet music, backing tracks, samples, or third-party recordings.
本アプリの不正利用、保護された部分のリバースエンジニアリング、アプリの動作を妨害する行為、書き出した素材を誤解を招く形・権利侵害となる形・有害または違法な形で利用する行為を禁止します。
You may not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the App, interfere with its operation, or use exported material in a misleading, infringing, harmful, or unlawful way.
機能は今後変更される場合があります。ローカルファイルは、端末の保存容量、OSの挙動、バックアップ、削除操作などの影響を受ける場合があります。
Features may change over time. Local files may be affected by device storage, operating-system behavior, backups, or deletion.
法令で認められる範囲において、本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。ToneBeyondは、録音の消失、端末の問題、アプリ内コンテンツに基づく判断について責任を負いません。
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided as-is. ToneBeyond is not responsible for lost recordings, device issues, or decisions made based on App content.
本規約はユーザーと当方との間の契約であり、Appleは当事者ではありません。本アプリの利用にはApple App Storeの利用規約も適用されます。
These Terms are between you and us; Apple is not a party. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
