本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ ToneBEYOND Chronicles（以下「本アプリ」）におけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリは、日々の練習、休息、響きの記録を端末内に残すローカルファーストの音楽生活アプリです。
This Privacy Policy explains how ToneBeyond ("we") handles data in the iOS app ToneBEYOND Chronicles (the "App"). The App is a local-first music-life app for keeping practice, rest, and sound memories on your device.
本アプリは、個人データを販売せず、第三者広告SDKやトラッキングSDKを使用しません。 アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・正確な位置情報を当方が取得することはありません。
Daily Check-in、Chronicle Page、録音、チューニング設定、PITCHの見た目などは、アプリ体験を提供するために端末内に保存されます。
We do not sell personal data and do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. No account is required, and we do not collect your name, email address, or precise location.
Daily check-ins, Chronicle Pages, recordings, tuning preferences, and PITCH appearance settings are stored on your device to provide the app experience.
本アプリは、チューニング、共鳴のリスニング、ローカル録音など、ユーザーが音を聴く機能を選んだ場合にのみマイクの許可を求めます。マイクは常時監視には使用しません。初期のローカルファースト版では、音声をアップロードしたり、他のユーザーへ共有したりしません。
The App asks for microphone permission only when you choose a listening feature such as tuning, resonance listening, or local recording. The microphone is not used for always-on monitoring. In the initial local-first version, audio is not uploaded or shared with other users.
本アプリは、AR配置やステージ準備の体験でカメラの許可を求める場合があります。カメラは対象機能が有効な間のみ使用され、トラッキング、広告、本人確認、常時監視には使用しません。カメラ映像は当方のサーバーへ送信されません。
The App may request camera permission for AR placement or stage-preparation experiences. Camera access is used only while the related feature is active and is not used for tracking, advertising, identity verification, or always-on monitoring. Camera video is not sent to our servers.
ユーザーがChronicle Record画像などを書き出す操作を選んだ場合、写真ライブラリへの追加許可を求める場合があります。この操作に写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセスは必要ありません。
When you choose to export an image such as a Chronicle Record, the App may request permission to add it to your photo library. This action does not require full photo-library access.
本アプリの初期申請版には、公開投稿、フォロワー、チャット、ランキング、音声共有、広告、ガチャ、課金通貨は含まれていません。AppleのApp StoreやiCloudなど、OS標準の機能をユーザーが利用する場合を除き、当方がデータを第三者へ販売・共有することはありません。
The initial submission does not include public posting, followers, chat, rankings, audio sharing, ads, gacha, or paid currency. Except for standard Apple services such as the App Store or iCloud when you choose to use them, we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
