1. プレリリースについて
ToneBeyond Audio Engine はプレリリース版（v0.1）であり、評価とフィードバック収集のために無償で提供されています。機能・仕様・本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。
ToneBeyond Audio Engine is pre-release software (v0.1), provided free of charge for evaluation and feedback. Features, specifications, and these terms may change without notice.
2. 利用できる範囲
本プレリリース期間中は、評価および個人・開発用途で無償でご利用いただけます。生成したサウンドバンクや、ToneBeyond ランタイムを組み込んだ商用・製品出荷での利用については、別途ライセンス条件を追ってご案内します。商用リリースの前に、下記の窓口までご相談ください。
During this pre-release period the software is free to use for evaluation and personal/development purposes. Commercial or production use — shipping a released product that embeds the ToneBeyond runtime — will be subject to separate licensing terms to be announced; please contact us before any commercial release.
3. 再配布
本ソフトウェア（エディタ・ランタイム）自体の再配布・転載はご遠慮ください。入手は公式の配布元（app-docs.tonebeyond.jp）をご案内ください。
Please do not redistribute the software (editor or runtime) itself; direct others to the official download at app-docs.tonebeyond.jp.
4. お客様の責任
本ソフトウェアで扱う音声素材・読み込むサードパーティのプラグイン・制作物について、必要な権利を保有していることはお客様の責任とします。サードパーティのプラグインはお客様の判断で読み込むものであり、その挙動は各ベンダーの責任に従います。
You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to any audio, third-party plugins, and output you use with the software. Third-party plugins are loaded at your discretion and behave according to their vendors' terms.
5. 無保証・免責
本ソフトウェアは現状有姿（AS-IS）で提供され、明示黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。本ソフトウェアの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる損害（データの消失、お客様が読み込んだサードパーティプラグインに起因するクラッシュ等を含む）についても、法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、ToneBeyond は責任を負わないものとします。重要な作業はこまめに保存・バックアップしてください。
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToneBeyond shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software, including data loss or crashes caused by third-party plugins you load. Please save and back up your work frequently.
