These Terms govern your use of the iOS game ToneBEYOND Chronicles: The First Chord (the "App") provided by ToneBeyond. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
本アプリは個人の娯楽目的でご利用いただけます。リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、コンテンツの商用利用はご遠慮ください。
The App is for personal entertainment. Please do not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit its content.
応援（アプリ内課金）は任意であり、返金はAppleのポリシーに従います。応援により追加機能が提供されることはありません。
Tips are optional; refunds follow Apple's policies. Tips do not unlock features.
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（物語・キャラクター・音楽・グラフィック等）に関する権利は当方に帰属します。
All rights to the App and its content (story, characters, music, graphics) belong to ToneBeyond.
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
