This Privacy Policy explains how ToneBeyond ("we") handles data in the iOS game ToneBEYOND Chronicles: The First Chord (the "App").
本アプリは、個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などを取得しません。広告や第三者のトラッキング・解析SDKも含まれていません。本アプリはサーバーと通信せず、利用データを外部に送信しません。
The App collects no personal information. No account is required, and we do not gather your name, email, or location. There are no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs. The App does not communicate with any server and does not transmit usage data externally.
セーブデータ（物語の進行）、スキル台帳（タイミング記録）、および各種設定は、お客様のデバイス内のみに保存されます。スキル台帳はアプリ内の設定からいつでも書き出し・削除できます。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータは完全に消去されます。
Your save data (story progress), Skill Ledger (timing records), and preferences are stored only on your device. The Skill Ledger can be exported or deleted anytime from in-app Settings. Deleting the App permanently removes this data.
本アプリのすべての機能は無料です。任意の「応援」（消耗型アプリ内課金）はAppleの決済システムを通じて処理され、当方がお客様の氏名・カード情報等を受け取ることはありません。応援によって機能が追加・解放されることはありません。
All features are free. Optional tips (consumable in-app purchases) are processed by Apple's payment system; we never receive your name or payment details. Tips unlock nothing.
章の追加などアプリの更新に伴い、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更はこのページでお知らせします。
We may update this Policy as the App evolves (e.g., new chapters). Material changes will be announced on this page.
