Play2Glow — ToneBeyond
本利用規約は、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ Play2Glow（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用条件を定めます。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms govern your use of the iOS app Play2Glow (the "App") provided by ToneBeyond ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
当方は、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的・非商業的に利用する、譲渡不可・非独占的な権利をお客様に許諾します。複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布は、法律で認められる範囲を除き禁止します。
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the App is prohibited except as permitted by law.
本アプリは、チューニング、録音準備、音に反応する演出、AR配置、ステージ練習のためにマイクやカメラを使用する場合があります。周囲に配慮し、安全な環境でご利用ください。本アプリは演奏の正確さ、上達、または不安軽減を保証するものではありません。
The App may use the microphone and camera for tuning, recording preparation, sound-responsive effects, AR placement, and stage practice. Please use it in a safe and considerate environment. The App does not guarantee performance accuracy, musical improvement, or reduced anxiety.
本アプリは、演奏を採点したり順位付けしたりするものではありません。PITCHと観客表現は、演奏に向き合う練習を支えるための演出です。
The App does not score, rank, or judge your performance. PITCH and the audience response are designed as supportive stage-practice effects.
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリの完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性を保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害についても、適用法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
The App is provided "as is." We make no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。最新版は常に本ページにてご確認いただけます。変更後も継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms may change without prior notice. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
