本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は本アプリをご利用にならないでください。
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
当方は利用者に対し、個人的・非商業的な目的で本アプリを利用する、譲渡不能かつ非独占的なライセンスを付与します。本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、再配布、改変は行わないでください。
利用者が本アプリで作成した記録・写真・音声・動画・書き出したファイルの著作権は、すべて利用者に帰属します。
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not reverse-engineer, redistribute or modify the App.
Everything you make with the App — your records, photographs, recordings, videos and exported files — remains yours.
本アプリは買い切りです。購入後、すべての機能を制限なく利用できます。サブスクリプションやアプリ内課金による機能解放はありません。
決済はすべて Apple が処理し、当方が利用者の支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。返金は Apple の定めるポリシーに従います。
The App is a one-time purchase. Once bought, every feature is available without restriction. There is no subscription and nothing is unlocked by an in-app purchase.
All payments are handled by Apple; we never receive your payment details. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
本アプリで作成した記録・写真・音声・動画はすべて利用者の端末内に保存されます。当方はこれらにアクセスできず、バックアップも行いません。端末の紛失・故障・アプリの削除によるデータ消失について、当方は責任を負いません。必要なデータは利用者ご自身でバックアップしてください。
Everything you create with the App is stored on your own device. We cannot access it and we do not back it up. We are not responsible for data lost through a lost or broken device, or through deleting the App. Please keep your own backups of anything you need.
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリが中断なく動作すること、または特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、適用される法令が認める範囲で、当方は責任を負いません。
本アプリは撮影を支援するものであり、撮影時の安全確保は利用者の責任です。特に夜間や屋外での撮影では、周囲の状況と法令に十分ご注意ください。
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or that it is fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from its use.
The App helps you photograph; staying safe while you do so is your responsibility. Take particular care at night and outdoors, and observe local law.
当方は本規約を随時変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
We may revise these terms from time to time. A revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
