Photography Chronicle — ToneBeyond
Photography Chronicle（以下「本アプリ」）は、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供する macOS / iPhone / iPad 向けの写真家向け成長記録アプリです。本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。
Photography Chronicle ("the App") is a growth journal for photographers on macOS, iPhone and iPad, provided by ToneBeyond ("we"). The App collects no personal information whatsoever.
当方は一切の情報を収集しません。本アプリはサーバーを持たず、利用者の記録・写真・音声・動画・操作履歴を外部に送信することはありません。アクセス解析ツールやクラッシュレポート収集の仕組みも組み込んでいません。
We collect nothing. The App has no server. Your records, photographs, recordings, videos, and what you do in the App are never transmitted anywhere. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is included.
本アプリは以下を端末内の Application Support フォルダに保存します。いずれも外部には送信されません。
これらは利用者自身の記録であり、削除は端末上でいつでも行えます。
The App stores the following in its Application Support folder on your device. None of it is transmitted anywhere.
These are your own records, and you can delete them from your device at any time.
本アプリは、利用者が写真ピッカーで明示的に選んだ一枚だけを読み取ります。写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセス権は求めません。読み取った写真は端末内でのみ処理されます。
本アプリが元の写真ファイルを書き換えることは、いかなる場合もありません。
The App reads only the single photograph you explicitly pick in the photo picker. It does not ask for access to your whole photo library. The photograph is processed entirely on your device.
The App never modifies your original photo files, under any circumstances.
本アプリは、利用者が録音・録画を開始したときにのみマイクとカメラを使用します。録音・録画中はその旨を画面上に表示します。
音声の文字起こしは 端末内でのみ 行います（requiresOnDeviceRecognition を有効にしています）。端末や言語が端末内認識に対応していない場合、文字起こしは行わず、録音はそのまま保存されます。音声がサーバーへ送られることはありません。
The App uses the microphone and camera only when you start a recording. While recording, the App shows that it is recording.
Transcription happens on your device only (requiresOnDeviceRecognition is enabled). If your device or language does not support on-device recognition, no transcription is made and the recording is simply kept. Your voice is never sent to a server.
カレンダーへのアクセスは 書き込み専用 で、利用者が「撮影予定を追加」を押したときにのみ、端末のカレンダーへ予定を1件追加します。既存の予定を読み取ることはありません。
Markdown の書き出し先および編集準備ファイルの書き出し先は、利用者がファイル選択ダイアログで明示的に選んだフォルダのみです。アクセス権はセキュリティスコープ付きブックマークとして端末内に保存されます。
Calendar access is write-only: the App adds a single event to your device calendar when you tap "Add a shoot to the calendar". It never reads your existing events.
Markdown notes and editing-preparation files are written only into folders you explicitly choose in the open panel. That access is stored on your device as a security-scoped bookmark.
本アプリには広告が一切ありません。第三者の広告 SDK・解析 SDK を組み込んでおらず、利用者を追跡することもありません。App Tracking Transparency の許諾を求めることもありません。ランキング、フォロワー、SNS フィードなど、他者と比較させる仕組みも設けていません。
The App contains no advertising. No third-party advertising or analytics SDK is included, and you are not tracked. The App never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. There are no rankings, followers or social feeds — nothing that measures you against anyone else.
本アプリは買い切りです。購入後、すべての機能を制限なく利用できます。サブスクリプションやアプリ内課金による機能解放はありません。
決済はすべて Apple が処理し、当方が利用者の支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
The App is a one-time purchase. Once bought, every feature is available without restriction. There is no subscription and nothing is unlocked by an in-app purchase.
All payments are handled by Apple; we never receive your payment details.
