1はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ Orbitimer（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報および利用データの取り扱いについて説明するものです。

本アプリは基本的にオフラインで動作する設計となっており、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなします。

2データ収集について

本アプリの基本機能はオフラインで動作し、通常の使用において個人情報の収集は行いません。ただし、以下の任意機能をご利用の場合に限り、一部のデータがAppleのiCloud（CloudKit）を経由して処理されます。

収集しないデータ

  • 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの連絡先情報
  • 位置情報
  • 広告識別子（IDFA）および端末識別子
  • 閲覧履歴・検索履歴
  • 健康・フィットネス情報
  • サードパーティによる追跡（トラッキング）

任意機能（コミュニティ共有）で送信されるデータ

  • 投稿者名（ニックネーム）：コミュニティへプリセットまたはテーマを投稿する際に入力した名前。本名の入力は必要なく、Apple IDとの紐付けは行われません。
  • プリセット・テーマのデータ：タイマー設定の名称・構成、テーマのカラー・デザインデータ。写真・動画・音声ファイルは含まれません。
コミュニティ機能はオプションです。使用しない場合、データが外部に送信されることはありません。

3デバイス権限の利用目的

本アプリの機能を実現するために、以下の権限を使用することがあります。これらのデータはデバイス内でのみ処理され、外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。

  • フォトライブラリ：各ステップに表示する画像や動画を選択・表示するために使用します。
  • カメラ：ステップに設定する写真・動画をその場で撮影するために使用します。
  • マイク：インターバル中やワーク中のカスタム音声（掛け声など）を録音するために使用します。
  • Bluetooth：プレゼンモード等の通知を、外部デバイス（イヤホンやApple Watch）へ適切に送るために使用します。

4iCloud・コミュニティ機能について

iCloudバックアップ・同期（Proプラン）

Proプランをご利用の場合、作成したプリセットデータがiCloudを通じてお客様のデバイス間で自動的に同期されます。このデータはAppleのiCloudサービスによって管理され、 Appleのプライバシーポリシー が適用されます。当方がiCloudに保存されたデータに直接アクセスすることはありません。

コミュニティへの投稿（任意）

コミュニティ機能を利用してプリセットまたはテーマを投稿した場合、以下のデータがCloudKitのパブリックデータベースに保存され、他のユーザーが閲覧・ダウンロードできる状態になります。

  • 投稿者名（ユーザーが入力したニックネーム）
  • プリセット名・ステップ構成データ（タイトル・時間・BPM等）
  • テーマ名・カラー・デザインデータ
  • 投稿日時・ダウンロード数
投稿されたデータの削除をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。

5データの保管とセキュリティ

ユーザーが作成したプリセットやカスタマイズ設定は、原則としてお客様のデバイス内に保存されます。Proプランでは、iCloudを通じてデバイス間の同期に使用される場合があります。

当方が独自に管理するサーバーにデータを送信・保存することはありません。すべての外部データ処理はAppleのCloudKitサービスを通じて行われます。

アプリをアンインストールすると、デバイス内に保存されたデータはすべて消去されます（フォトライブラリから選択した元の写真・動画は除きます）。iCloudおよびコミュニティに投稿したデータはアンインストール後も残る場合があります。

6広告および分析について

本アプリは、Google AdMobを含むいかなるサードパーティ製広告ネットワークも使用していません。 また、クラッシュレポートや利用統計の解析データをデバイス外へ送信する仕組みも導入していません。

7お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは年齢を問わず安全にご利用いただけるツールです。基本機能において個人情報の収集を行わず、コミュニティ機能は任意です。お子様がご利用される場合は、保護者の方が投稿機能の使用をご確認ください。

8本ポリシーの変更

法令の変更や新機能の追加に伴い、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。最新のポリシーは常にこのページにて公開されます。

1Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how ToneBeyond ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information and user data in the iOS app Orbitimer ("the App").

The App is designed to work primarily offline and respects your privacy at all times. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2Data Collection

The App's core features work offline and do not collect personal information during normal use. Data is only processed through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) when you choose to use the optional community features described below.

Data we do NOT collect

  • Contact information (name, email, phone number, address, etc.)
  • Location data
  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or device identifiers
  • Browsing or search history
  • Health or fitness data
  • Third-party tracking data

Data sent when using community sharing (optional)

  • Author name (nickname): The display name you enter when sharing a preset or theme to the community. Your real name is not required and it is not linked to your Apple ID.
  • Preset and theme data: Timer configuration names and structures, theme colors and design data. Photos, videos, and audio files are excluded.
Community features are entirely optional. If you do not use them, no data is transmitted outside your device.

3Device Permissions

The App may request the following permissions to enable certain features. All data accessed through these permissions is processed on your device only and is never sent to external servers.

  • Photo Library: To select and display images or videos for individual timer steps.
  • Camera: To capture photos or videos directly for use in timer steps.
  • Microphone: To record custom voice cues or audio clips for use during intervals.
  • Bluetooth: To route presentation-mode alerts to external devices such as Bluetooth earphones or Apple Watch.

4iCloud & Community Features

iCloud Backup & Sync (Pro plan)

If you subscribe to the Pro plan, your preset data is automatically synced across your devices via iCloud. This data is managed by Apple's iCloud service and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have direct access to data stored in your iCloud account.

Community sharing (optional)

When you choose to share a preset or theme to the community, the following data is stored in CloudKit's public database and becomes accessible to other users for viewing and downloading.

  • Author name (the nickname you entered)
  • Preset name and step configuration (titles, durations, BPM, etc.)
  • Theme name, colors, and design data
  • Submission date and download count
To request deletion of data you have shared to the community, please contact us using the support link below.

5Data Storage & Security

Presets and customization settings you create are stored on your device by default. If you use the Pro plan, data may also be stored in iCloud for cross-device sync.

We do not operate our own servers. All external data processing is handled through Apple's CloudKit service.

Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data (your original photos and videos in the photo library are not affected). Data stored in iCloud or shared to the community may persist after uninstallation.

6Advertising & Analytics

The App does not use any third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. Crash reports and usage analytics are not transmitted outside of your device.

7Children's Privacy

The App is safe for users of all ages. No personal information is collected during normal use, and community features are optional. If your child uses the App, we recommend that a parent or guardian review the use of community sharing features.

8Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or new app features. The latest version will always be available on this page.
