Miwatashi（見渡し） — ToneBeyond
本規約は、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供する macOS アプリ「Miwatashi（見渡し）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These terms govern your use of "Miwatashi", a macOS app provided by ToneBeyond ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
当方は利用者に対し、本アプリを個人的または業務上の目的で使用する、非独占的かつ譲渡不能なライセンスを付与します。本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、再配布、改変後の配布は禁止します。
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal or professional purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or distribute modified versions of the App.
本アプリは買い切りです。一度購入すれば、すべての機能を追加費用なく利用できます。広告およびサブスクリプションはありません。
販売および返金は Apple の規定に従います。購入の復元は App Store のアカウントを通じて行われます。
The App is a one-time purchase. Once bought, every feature is available at no further cost. There is no advertising and no subscription.
Sales and refunds follow Apple's policies. Restoring a purchase is handled through your App Store account.
本アプリで扱う写真、および書き出した画像の著作権その他一切の権利は、利用者に帰属します。当方がこれらを取得・閲覧・利用することはありません。
本アプリは元の写真ファイルを書き換えません。ただし、書き出し先フォルダの選択やファイルの管理は利用者の責任で行ってください。重要なデータは必ずバックアップを取ってください。
You retain all rights to the photographs you work with and to the images you export. We never obtain, view, or use them.
The App does not modify your original photo files. Choosing an export folder and managing the resulting files remain your responsibility. Always keep backups of anything important.
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、中断なく動作すること、および不具合がないことを保証しません。本アプリの使用または使用不能によって生じた損害（データの損失を含みます）について、当方は法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。
The App is provided as is. We make no warranty that it is fit for a particular purpose, that it will run uninterrupted, or that it is free of defects. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from use or inability to use the App, including loss of data.
当方は本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めた上で掲示します。
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
