Miwatashi（見渡し） — ToneBeyond
Miwatashi（見渡し、以下「本アプリ」）は、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供する macOS 向けの写真整理・額装アプリです。本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。
Miwatashi ("the App") is a macOS app for sorting and framing photographs, provided by ToneBeyond ("we"). The App collects no personal information whatsoever.
当方は一切の情報を収集しません。本アプリはサーバーを持たず、利用者の写真・メタデータ・操作履歴を外部に送信することはありません。アクセス解析ツールやクラッシュレポート収集の仕組みも組み込んでいません。
We collect nothing. The App has no server. Your photographs, their metadata, and what you do in the App are never transmitted anywhere. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is included.
本アプリは、利用者がファイル選択ダイアログで明示的に選んだフォルダ、および利用者が明示的に選んだ写真ライブラリのアルバムのみを読み取ります。読み取った写真は端末内でのみ処理されます。写真ライブラリへのアクセスは読み取りのみで、アルバムやライブラリの内容を変更することはありません。
本アプリが元の写真ファイルを書き換えることは、いかなる場合もありません。額装した画像は、利用者が指定した書き出し先フォルダに常に新しいファイルとして保存されます。
選択したフォルダへのアクセス権は、macOS のセキュリティスコープ付きブックマークとして端末内に保存され、次回起動時の再読み込みにのみ使用されます。
The App reads only the folders you explicitly choose in the open panel, and the Photos library albums you explicitly choose. Photographs are processed entirely on your device. Access to the Photos library is read-only; the App never alters an album or the library itself.
The App never modifies your original photo files, under any circumstances. Framed images are always written as new files into the export folder you choose.
Access to a chosen folder is stored on your device as a macOS security-scoped bookmark, used only to reopen that folder the next time you launch the App.
本アプリは以下を端末内の設定ファイル（UserDefaults）に保存します。いずれも外部には送信されません。
これらは「アプリの設定を保存する」目的でのみ利用され、Apple のプライバシーマニフェストでは Required Reason API「CA92.1」として宣言しています。
The App stores the following in its own preferences (UserDefaults) on your device. None of it is transmitted anywhere.
These are used solely to store app settings, declared in Apple's privacy manifest as Required Reason API "CA92.1".
本アプリには広告が一切ありません。第三者の広告 SDK・解析 SDK を組み込んでおらず、利用者を追跡することもありません。App Tracking Transparency の許諾を求めることもありません。
The App contains no advertising. No third-party advertising or analytics SDK is included, and you are not tracked. The App never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission.
本アプリは買い切りです。購入後、すべての機能を制限なく利用できます。サブスクリプションやアプリ内課金による機能解放はありません。
決済はすべて Apple が処理し、当方が利用者の支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
The App is a one-time purchase. Once bought, every feature is available without restriction. There is no subscription and nothing is unlocked by an in-app purchase.
All payments are handled by Apple; we never receive your payment details.
