Lumitide — ToneBeyond
本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ Lumitide（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報および利用データの取り扱いについて説明するものです。
本アプリは 買い切り型の有料アプリであり、広告・アプリ内課金・トラッキングを一切含みません。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなします。
This Privacy Policy describes how ToneBeyond ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information and usage data in the iOS app Lumitide (the "App").
The App is a one-time-purchase, paid app that contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no tracking. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
本アプリは、お客様の個人情報を収集・送信しません。当方が運営するサーバーは存在せず、お客様のデータが当方や第三者に送信されることはありません。
本アプリが扱うのは、ゲームの動作に必要な以下のデータのみで、これらは すべてお客様のデバイス内（iOSのUserDefaults）にのみ 保存されます。
The App does not collect or transmit any personal information. We operate no servers, and none of your data is ever sent to us or to any third party.
The only data the App handles is what it needs to function, and it is stored exclusively on your device (iOS UserDefaults):
本アプリは 広告を一切表示せず、広告識別子（IDFA）を使用しません。第三者の広告SDKや解析SDKは組み込まれていません。
本アプリは、Apple の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）に基づくトラッキング許可を 求めることはありません。お客様の行動を追跡することも、デバイス横断でプロファイルを作成することもありません。
The App displays no advertisements and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs are included.
The App never requests tracking permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT). We do not track your activity or build cross-device profiles.
進行データや設定など、本アプリ内で生成されるデータは お客様のデバイス内のみ に保存され、当方のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。本アプリをアンインストールすると、これらのデータは完全に削除されます。
Data generated within the App—such as progress and settings—is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all such data.
当方は、お客様のデータを第三者と共有しません。そもそも当方がデータを収集していないため、共有・販売・譲渡できるデータは存在しません。
なお、本アプリの購入・ダウンロードに関する処理は Apple の App Store が管理しており、その取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシー に従います。
We do not share your data with third parties. Because we collect no data in the first place, there is nothing to share, sell, or transfer.
Purchase and download of the App are handled by Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time in response to changes in law or improvements to the App. If material changes are made, we will notify you through the app's update notes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
