LayerStage — ToneBeyond
本利用規約は、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ LayerStage（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms govern your use of the iOS app LayerStage (the "App") provided by ToneBeyond ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
当方は、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的・非商業的に利用する、譲渡不可・非独占的な権利をお客様に許諾します。本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布は、法律で認められる範囲を除き禁止します。
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the App is prohibited except as permitted by law.
本アプリは完全無料で、機能制限や有料の壁はありません。任意の「応援（投げ銭）」としてApp内課金（買い切りの消耗型）をご用意していますが、購入によって追加機能が解除されることはありません。課金はApple のApp Storeを通じて行われ、返金等はAppleの規約に従います。
The App is completely free, with no feature gating or paywall. An optional "Support / tip" consumable in-app purchase is available but unlocks no additional features. Purchases are handled by Apple's App Store, and refunds follow Apple's policies.
本アプリで録音した音声はお客様に帰属し、お客様のデバイス内にのみ保存されます。当方がこれらを取得・閲覧・利用することはありません。
Any audio you record in the App belongs to you and is stored only on your device. We do not access, view, or use it.
本アプリは音楽のリズムを通じた英語学習を支援するものであり、特定の上達・試験合格・スコアを保証するものではありません。学習の成果には個人差があります。
The App supports English learning through musical rhythm and does not guarantee any particular improvement, exam result, or score. Outcomes vary by individual.
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリの完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性を保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害についても、適用法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
The App is provided "as is." We make no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。最新版は常に本ページにてご確認いただけます。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms may change without prior notice. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
