LayerStage — ToneBeyond
本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ LayerStage（以下「本アプリ」）におけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリは、画像をパーツ毎にメッシュ変形してキャラクターをアニメーション化する iPad / Mac 向けスタジオアプリです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
This Privacy Policy explains how ToneBeyond ("we") handles data in the app LayerStage (the "App"), a studio app for iPad and Mac that animates characters by mesh-deforming image parts. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
本アプリは、個人情報を一切収集しません。 アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などを取得することはありません。本アプリはサーバーと通信せず、利用データを外部に送信しません。
The App collects no personal information. No account is required, and we do not gather your name, email, or location. The App does not communicate with any server and does not transmit usage data externally.
本アプリはユーザーが選択した画像ファイル（PSD 等）を読み込み、アニメーションデータを生成・書き出します。これらのファイルはすべてお客様のデバイス上でのみ処理され、外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。 書き出した動画・アニメーションデータはデバイスのフォトライブラリまたはファイルアプリに保存されます。
The App reads image files (such as PSD) selected by the user and generates and exports animation data. All files are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to any external server. Exported video and animation data are saved to your device's Photos library or Files app.
アプリの設定（表示設定・作業環境など）は、お客様のデバイス内の標準的な仕組み（UserDefaults）にのみ保存されます。外部に送信されることはありません。
App settings (display preferences, workspace configurations, etc.) are stored only on your device using the standard system mechanism (UserDefaults). They are never transmitted externally.
本アプリには広告は一切含まれません。また、サードパーティの解析ツールやトラッキング SDK は使用していません。
The App contains no advertising. We do not use any third-party analytics tools or tracking SDKs.
本アプリは完全無料でご利用いただけます。任意の「応援（Tip Jar）」機能では Apple の課金システム（StoreKit）のみを使用します。決済情報は Apple が管理し、当方が取得・保存することはありません。
The App is completely free. The optional Tip Jar uses only Apple's StoreKit payment system. Payment information is managed by Apple; we do not access or store it.
