本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ HeartTap（以下「本アプリ」）におけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリは、60秒でハートを撃ち、友だちや他のプレイヤーとスコアを競えるアーケードゲームです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
This Privacy Policy explains how ToneBeyond ("we") handles data in the iOS app HeartTap (the "App") — a 60-second heart-popping arcade game where you can compete with friends and other players by score. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
本アプリは、当方のサーバーで個人情報を収集しません。 当方へのアカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などを取得することはありません。オンライン対戦、ランキング、実績では Apple の Game Center が使用される場合があります。近くの友だちとの対戦では、ローカルネットワークやBluetoothを使って端末同士を接続します。App内課金の表示や購入処理には Apple の StoreKit を使用します。マイク・カメラ・連絡先にはアクセスしません。
The App does not collect personal information on our servers. No ToneBeyond account is required, and we do not gather your name, email, or location. Online matches, leaderboards, and achievements may use Apple's Game Center. Nearby matches use local network and Bluetooth connectivity between devices. In-app purchase display and purchase processing use Apple's StoreKit. The App does not access the microphone, camera, or contacts.
スコア、レベル、バッジ、設定などのプレイデータは、主にお客様のデバイス内（iOSの標準保存領域）に保存されます。Game Centerを有効にしている場合、ランキングや実績に必要な情報は Apple によって処理されます。アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータは削除されます。
Play data such as scores, levels, badges, and preferences is stored primarily on your device using standard iOS storage. If Game Center is enabled, information required for leaderboards and achievements is handled by Apple. Deleting the App removes the data stored on your device.
本アプリは 広告を表示せず、トラッキングを行いません。 広告SDKや解析SDKを一切組み込んでいないため、広告識別子（IDFA）の取得やApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）の確認も行いません。第三者広告のためにあなたの行動を追跡することはありません。
The App shows no ads and performs no tracking. It contains no advertising or analytics SDKs, so it does not access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Your activity is not tracked for third-party advertising.
本アプリは完全無料です。機能制限や有料の壁はありません。任意の「応援（投げ銭）」として App内課金（買い切りの消耗型）をご用意していますが、購入しても何かが解除されるわけではありません（純粋な応援です）。決済は Apple のApp Storeが処理し、当方がカード番号等を取り扱うことはありません。
The App is completely free, with no feature gating or paywall. An optional "Support / tip" is available as a consumable in-app purchase, but purchasing unlocks nothing — it is purely a way to support the app. Payments are processed entirely by Apple's App Store; we never see your card details.
