1はじめに / Introduction

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ToneBEYOND（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ FlowySheet（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストール・起動・使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのインストールおよびご利用をお控えください。

ENGLISH

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app FlowySheet ("App") provided by ToneBEYOND ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing, launching, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

2ライセンスの付与 / License Grant

当方は、本規約に従うことを条件として、お客様が所有または管理するAppleデバイス上で本アプリを個人的・非商業的目的のみに使用するための、限定的・非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。

以下の行為は禁止されています：

  • 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・逆アセンブル・逆コンパイル
  • 本アプリの複製・改変・二次的著作物の作成
  • 本アプリの販売・再販売・サブライセンス・貸与・賃貸・転送
  • 本アプリの全部または一部の第三者への配布
ENGLISH

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The following are prohibited:

  • Reverse engineering, disassembling, or decompiling the App
  • Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the App
  • Selling, reselling, sublicensing, lending, renting, or transferring the App
  • Distributing all or any part of the App to third parties

3サブスクリプション / Subscriptions

本アプリはApp Store経由の自動更新サブスクリプション（月額・年額）を提供しています。購入手続きはAppleのApp Storeが管理します。

  • 課金：購入確定時にApple IDアカウントに課金されます。
  • 自動更新：サブスクリプションは期間終了の24時間前に自動更新されます。
  • 解約：iOSの「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」からいつでも解約できます。解約は次の更新期間から適用されます。
  • 返金：課金後の返金はAppleの返金ポリシーに従います。当方への返金要求はお受けできません。
  • 試用期間：無料試用期間が提供される場合、試用終了前に解約しない限り自動で有料プランに移行します。
ENGLISH

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual) through the App Store. All purchases are managed by Apple's App Store.

  • Billing: Your Apple ID account is charged at the time of purchase confirmation.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect from the next billing period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. We are unable to process refund requests directly.
  • Free trials: If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4お客様のコンテンツ / Your Content

本アプリで作成したギターTABシート・楽譜データ・その他のコンテンツの著作権は、作成者であるお客様に帰属します。当方はお客様のコンテンツに対し何らの権利も取得しません。

お客様は、第三者の著作権・商標・その他の権利を侵害しないコンテンツのみを作成・使用することについて責任を負います。

ENGLISH

You retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in the guitar TAB sheets, musical data, and other content you create using the App. We claim no rights over your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or use does not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.

5知的財産権 / Intellectual Property

本アプリ（ソフトウェア・デザイン・ロゴ・商標・テキストを含む）に関するすべての知的財産権は当方に帰属します。本規約に基づく使用許諾は、これらの知的財産権の譲渡を意味するものではありません。

ENGLISH

All intellectual property rights in the App — including software, design, logos, trademarks, and text — are owned by ToneBEYOND. The license granted under these Terms does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

6免責事項 / Disclaimer of Warranties

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、以下について一切保証しません：

  • 本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること
  • 本アプリが中断・エラーなく動作すること
  • 本アプリのバグ・不具合が修正されること
  • 本アプリを通じて得られる結果の正確性・完全性

本アプリの使用は、お客様自身の責任で行うものとします。

ENGLISH

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will operate without interruption or errors
  • Defects will be corrected
  • Results obtained through the App will be accurate or complete

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7責任の制限 / Limitation of Liability

適用法令の許容する最大限の範囲において、当方は本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じる間接損害・付随的損害・特別損害・懲罰的損害・結果的損害について、一切責任を負いません。これにはデータの損失・機会の喪失・業務の中断を含みます。

ENGLISH

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToneBEYOND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.

8Apple との関係 / Relationship with Apple

本アプリはApple Inc.が提供するApp Storeを通じて配布されています。Appleは本規約の当事者ではなく、本アプリおよびそのコンテンツに対して一切の責任を負いません。

本アプリに関するメンテナンス・サポート・製品クレーム・法令遵守に関する問い合わせはすべて当方に直接行ってください。

ENGLISH

The App is distributed through the App Store provided by Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for the App or its content.

All inquiries regarding maintenance, support, product claims, and legal compliance should be directed to us, not Apple.

9規約の変更 / Changes to These Terms

当方は、本規約を随時変更する権利を有します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートノートまたはアプリ内通知にてお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただくことで、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

ENGLISH

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify you through the app's update notes or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
