1はじめに / Introduction

本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBEYOND（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ FlowySheet（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報および利用データの取り扱いについて説明するものです。

本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなします。ご不明な点がございましたら、下記の連絡先までお問い合わせください。

This Privacy Policy describes how ToneBEYOND ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information and usage data in the iOS app FlowySheet (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you have any questions, please contact us using the details provided at the end of this document.

2収集する情報 / Information We Collect

本アプリはユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。以下の情報はすべて収集対象外です：

  • 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の識別情報
  • 位置情報・IPアドレス
  • 端末識別子・広告識別子（IDFA）
  • アプリの利用状況・操作ログ・クラッシュレポート
  • クッキー・トラッキングデータ

本アプリ上で作成・管理するすべてのデータ（TABシート・生成画像・設定等）は、お使いのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。

ENGLISH

The App collects no personal information whatsoever. The following data types are never collected:

  • Name, email address, phone number, or other identifiers
  • Location data or IP addresses
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs (IDFA)
  • Usage statistics, interaction logs, or crash reports
  • Cookies or tracking data

All content created or managed within the App — TAB sheets, generated images, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device.

3デバイス機能へのアクセス / Device Permissions

本アプリは以下のデバイス機能へのアクセス許可を求めることがあります。いずれも明示した目的のみに使用し、データを外部へ送信することはありません。

  • カメラ：お手持ちの楽譜ページを撮影して取り込む場合のみ使用します。撮影した画像はデバイス内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません。
  • 写真ライブラリ：フォトライブラリに保存されたスコア画像を取り込む場合のみ使用します。取り込んだ画像はデバイス内にのみ保存されます。
各権限はiOSの「設定」アプリからいつでも変更・取り消しが可能です。権限を取り消した場合、対応する機能は利用できなくなりますが、作成済みのシートデータには影響しません。

The App may request the following device permissions. Each is used solely for its stated purpose, and no data is ever sent externally.

  • Camera: Photographing score pages you own for import only. Images are stored solely on your device and are never transmitted externally.
  • Photo Library: Importing score images saved in your photo library only. Imported images are kept locally on your device.
All permissions can be changed or revoked at any time in the iOS Settings app. Revoking a permission disables the related feature but does not affect any sheet data you have already created.

4生成データとファイル形式 / Generated Data & File Format

本アプリで作成したギターTABシートは .flowysheet 形式のファイルとしてデバイス内に保存されます。このファイルは同じ開発者が提供する楽譜ビューアアプリ Flowy で再生・スクロール表示が可能です。

本アプリが生成するTAB画像は、「ファイル」アプリへのエクスポートや写真ライブラリへの保存が可能ですが、外部サーバーへ自動送信されることはありません。

Guitar TAB sheets created in the App are saved on your device as .flowysheet files. These files can be played and scrolled in Flowy, a sheet music viewer app by the same developer.

TAB images generated by the App can be exported to the Files app or saved to your photo library, but are never automatically transmitted to any external server.

5アナリティクス・広告 / Analytics & Advertising

本アプリはアナリティクスSDK・広告SDK・サードパーティのトラッキングライブラリを一切使用していません。

Firebase・Mixpanel・Amplitude・Facebook SDK・Google AdMob 等の外部サービスは組み込まれておらず、ユーザーの行動データを収集・分析・販売することはありません。本アプリに広告は表示されません。

FlowySheet contains no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs of any kind.

We do not integrate Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Facebook SDK, Google AdMob, or similar services. We never collect, analyse, or sell user behaviour data. The App displays no advertisements.

6データの保管 / Data Storage

本アプリ内で生成されるすべてのデータ（TABシート・生成画像・設定）はお客様のデバイス内のみに保存されます。当方のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。

本アプリはクラウドサービスや外部データベースを一切使用していません。データの削除はデバイス上でいつでも行えます。

ENGLISH

All data generated within the App — TAB sheets, generated images, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device. It is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

The App does not use any cloud services or external databases. You can delete your data at any time directly on your device.

7お子様のプライバシー / Children's Privacy

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、意図的にお子様の個人情報を収集することはありません。本アプリはそもそも個人情報を収集しないため、年齢に関わらず安全にご利用いただけます。

ENGLISH

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect no personal information at all, the App is safe for users of all ages.

8本ポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

本プライバシーポリシーは、法令の変更やサービスの改善に伴い、予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートノートおよび起動時の通知にてお知らせします。最新のポリシーは常に本ページにてご確認いただけます。

ENGLISH

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time in response to changes in law or improvements to the App. If material changes are made, we will notify you through the app's update notes and an in-app prompt. The latest version will always be available on this page.
