1はじめに / Introduction

本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBEYOND（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ Flowy（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報および利用データの取り扱いについて説明するものです。

本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなします。ご不明な点がございましたら、下記の連絡先までお問い合わせください。

This Privacy Policy describes how ToneBEYOND ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information and usage data in the iOS app Flowy (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you have any questions, please contact us using the details provided at the end of this document.

2収集する情報 / Information We Collect

本アプリはユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。以下の情報はすべて収集対象外です：

  • 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の識別情報
  • 位置情報・IPアドレス
  • 端末識別子・広告識別子（IDFA）
  • アプリの利用状況・操作ログ・クラッシュレポート
  • クッキー・トラッキングデータ

本アプリ上で生成・管理するすべてのデータ（楽譜・画像・録音・設定・練習記録等）は、お使いのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。

ENGLISH

The App collects no personal information whatsoever. The following data types are never collected:

  • Name, email address, phone number, or other identifiers
  • Location data or IP addresses
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs (IDFA)
  • Usage statistics, interaction logs, or crash reports
  • Cookies or tracking data

All content created or managed within the App — sheet music, images, recordings, settings, and practice records — is stored exclusively on your device.

3デバイス機能へのアクセス / Device Permissions

本アプリは以下のデバイス機能へのアクセス許可を求めることがあります。いずれも明示した目的のみに使用し、データを外部へ送信することはありません。

  • 写真ライブラリ：楽譜画像のインポートのみに使用します。
  • カメラ：お手持ちの楽譜を撮影してライブラリに取り込む場合、およびシネマモードのカメラ背景表示に使用します。撮影した画像はデバイス内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません。
  • マイク：練習中の演奏録音機能のみに使用します。録音データはデバイス内にのみ保存されます。
各権限はiOSの「設定」アプリからいつでも変更・取り消しが可能です。

The App may request the following device permissions. Each is used solely for its stated purpose, and no data is ever sent externally.

  • Photo Library: Importing sheet music images only.
  • Camera: Photographing sheet music you own for import into your library, and for camera background display in Cinema mode. Images are stored only on your device and are never transmitted externally.
  • Microphone: Recording your practice sessions only. Recordings are saved locally on your device.
All permissions can be changed or revoked at any time in the iOS Settings app.

4バックアップデータ / Backup Data

バックアップ機能で作成されるファイルは AES-256-GCM で暗号化され、デバイス内のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。iCloud・AirDrop・外部サービスへの送信は行いません。

暗号鍵はiOSキーチェーンに ThisDeviceOnly 属性で保存されます。これはiCloudキーチェーンへの同期およびデバイスバックアップの対象外を意味し、別のデバイスではファイルを復号できません。

著作権保護の観点から、楽譜データを含むバックアップは意図的にデバイス限定の設計となっています。

Backup files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored only in your device's local storage. They are never sent to iCloud, AirDrop, or any external service.

The encryption key is stored in the iOS Keychain with the ThisDeviceOnly attribute, meaning it is excluded from iCloud Keychain sync and device backups. Backup files cannot be decrypted on another device.

For copyright protection purposes, backups containing sheet music data are intentionally designed to remain device-bound.

5アナリティクス・広告 / Analytics & Advertising

本アプリはアナリティクスSDK・広告SDK・サードパーティのトラッキングライブラリを一切使用していません。

Firebase・Mixpanel・Amplitude・Facebook SDK・Google AdMob 等の外部サービスは組み込まれておらず、ユーザーの行動データを収集・分析・販売することはありません。本アプリに広告は表示されません。

Flowy contains no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs of any kind.

We do not integrate Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Facebook SDK, Google AdMob, or similar services. We never collect, analyse, or sell user behaviour data. The App displays no advertisements.

6アプリ内課金 / In-App Purchases

本アプリはApp Storeを通じたアプリ内課金を提供しています。決済処理はApple Inc.が行い、カード情報等の支払いに関するデータはAppleが管理します。ToneBEYONDは支払い情報を取得・保存しません。

The App offers in-app purchases through the App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple Inc. ToneBEYOND does not receive or store any payment information.

7データの保管 / Data Storage

楽譜・画像・録音・設定・練習記録など、本アプリ内で生成されるすべてのデータはお客様のデバイス内のみに保存されます。当方のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。

本アプリはクラウドサービスや外部データベースを一切使用していません。

ENGLISH

All data generated within the App — sheet music, images, recordings, settings, and practice records — is stored exclusively on your device. It is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

The App does not use any cloud services or external databases.

8お子様のプライバシー / Children's Privacy

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、意図的にお子様の個人情報を収集することはありません。本アプリはそもそも個人情報を収集しないため、年齢に関わらず安全にご利用いただけます。

ENGLISH

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect no personal information at all, the App is safe for users of all ages.

9楽譜の著作権について / Copyright Notice for Sheet Music

楽譜は著作権法によって保護された著作物です。本アプリを利用して楽譜を取り込む際は、以下の点にご注意ください。

  • 許可される利用：自分が購入・所有している楽譜を、自身の練習目的のみに使用すること（私的複製）は著作権法上認められています。
  • 禁止される利用：他人が所有する楽譜の無断撮影、取り込んだ楽譜データの第三者への配布・共有、SNSやインターネットへのアップロード、購入せずに複製して使用すること（プルト増しを含む）は著作権侵害となります。

本アプリはお客様が適法に取得した楽譜を個人の練習目的で使用することを前提として設計されています。著作権を侵害する形での利用については、ToneBEYONDは一切の責任を負いません。

Sheet music is protected by copyright law. Please keep the following in mind when importing sheet music into the App.

  • Permitted use: Photographing or copying sheet music you have purchased for your own personal practice is generally permitted as private copying under copyright law.
  • Prohibited use: Photographing sheet music you do not own without permission, distributing or sharing imported sheet music data with others, uploading it to social media or the internet, or reproducing it without purchase (including making copies for ensemble use) constitutes copyright infringement.

This App is designed for use with sheet music that you have lawfully obtained, for personal practice purposes only. ToneBEYOND assumes no responsibility for any use that infringes copyright.

10本ポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

本プライバシーポリシーは、法令の変更やサービスの改善に伴い、予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートノートおよび起動時の通知にてお知らせします。最新のポリシーは常に本ページにてご確認いただけます。

ENGLISH

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time in response to changes in law or improvements to the App. If material changes are made, we will notify you through the app's update notes and an in-app prompt. The latest version will always be available on this page.
