ChordVibe — ToneBEYOND
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ToneBEYOND（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ ChordVibe（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストール・起動・使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのインストールおよびご利用をお控えください。
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app ChordVibe ("App") provided by ToneBEYOND ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing, launching, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
当方は、本規約に従うことを条件として、お客様が所有または管理するAppleデバイス上で本アプリを個人的・非商業的目的のみに使用するための、限定的・非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。
以下の行為は禁止されています：
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The following are prohibited:
本アプリは無料で提供され、Google AdMob による広告を表示します。プレイ回数（スタミナ）を回復するために、リワード広告（動画）を任意で視聴できます。
The App is provided free of charge and displays advertisements through Google AdMob. You may optionally watch rewarded video ads to restore play attempts (stamina).
本アプリのプレイ記録・スコア・統計・設定は、お客様のデバイス内にのみ保存されます。当方がこれらのデータを収集・送信することはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも失われます。
Your play history, scores, statistics, and settings are stored only on your device. We do not collect or transmit this data. Deleting the App will also erase this data.
本アプリ（ソフトウェア・デザイン・ロゴ・商標・テキスト・音源を含む）に関するすべての知的財産権は当方に帰属します。本規約に基づく使用許諾は、これらの知的財産権の譲渡を意味するものではありません。
All intellectual property rights in the App — including software, design, logos, trademarks, text, and audio — are owned by ToneBEYOND. The license granted under these Terms does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、以下について一切保証しません：
本アプリの使用は、お客様自身の責任で行うものとします。
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that:
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
適用法令の許容する最大限の範囲において、当方は本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じる間接損害・付随的損害・特別損害・懲罰的損害・結果的損害について、一切責任を負いません。これにはデータの損失・機会の喪失・業務の中断を含みます。
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToneBEYOND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.
本アプリはApple Inc.が提供するApp Storeを通じて配布されています。Appleは本規約の当事者ではなく、本アプリおよびそのコンテンツに対して一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリに関するメンテナンス・サポート・製品クレーム・法令遵守に関する問い合わせはすべて当方に直接行ってください。
The App is distributed through the App Store provided by Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for the App or its content.
All inquiries regarding maintenance, support, product claims, and legal compliance should be directed to us, not Apple.
当方は、本規約を随時変更する権利を有します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートノートまたはアプリ内通知にてお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただくことで、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify you through the app's update notes or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
