1はじめに / Introduction

本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ ChordVibe（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報および利用データの取り扱いについて説明するものです。

This Privacy Policy describes how ToneBeyond ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information and usage data in the iOS app ChordVibe (the "App").

2収集する情報 / Information We Collect

本アプリは、以下の情報を収集することがあります。

  • 広告識別子（IDFA）：パーソナライズ広告の配信のために使用します。ユーザーの同意がある場合にのみ収集します。
  • デバイス情報：OSバージョン、デバイスモデルなど（広告配信・クラッシュ解析のため）
  • アプリ利用データ：クイズ成績・スコア・スタミナ状態など（端末内のみに保存、外部送信しません）
  • 広告インタラクションデータ：広告の表示・クリックに関する情報（Googleが収集）

The App may collect the following information:

  • Advertising Identifier (IDFA): Used to deliver personalized ads. Collected only with your explicit consent.
  • Device Information: OS version, device model, etc. (for ad delivery and crash analysis)
  • App Usage Data: Quiz results, scores, stamina status, etc. (stored on-device only; never transmitted externally)
  • Ad Interaction Data: Information about ad impressions and clicks (collected by Google)

3広告について / Advertising (Google AdMob)

本アプリはGoogle LLC（以下「Google」）が提供する Google AdMob を使用して広告を配信しています。スタミナ（プレイ回数）を回復するためのリワード広告を含みます。AdMobはデバイス情報や広告識別子（IDFA）を収集し、ユーザーに関連性の高い広告を表示するために使用することがあります。

広告のパーソナライズを無効にするには、iOSの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から本アプリのトラッキングを無効にしてください。

The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to serve advertisements, including rewarded ads that restore stamina (play credits). AdMob may collect device information and your advertising identifier (IDFA) to display relevant ads.

To opt out of personalized ads, go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable tracking for ChordVibe.

4トラッキング透明性（ATT）/ App Tracking Transparency

iOS 14以降、本アプリは広告目的でお客様のデバイスを追跡する前に、Apple の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）フレームワークに基づく許可をリクエストします。

許可しない場合でも、本アプリのすべての機能をご利用いただけます。ただし、表示される広告がパーソナライズされなくなることがあります。

On iOS 14 and later, the App requests your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before tracking your device for advertising purposes.

All features of the App remain fully available regardless of your choice. If you decline, ads shown to you may not be personalized.

5データの利用目的 / How We Use Your Data

収集したデータは以下の目的に使用します。

  • 広告の配信および最適化
  • アプリの動作改善・バグ修正
  • 利用統計の把握（匿名・集計ベース）

収集したデータを第三者に販売することはありません。

6第三者へのデータ共有 / Data Sharing

当方は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーのデータを第三者と共有しません。

  • Google AdMob：広告配信のためにデバイス情報・広告識別子を送信
  • 法令上の要請：法的義務に基づく場合

7データの保管 / Data Storage

クイズ成績・スコア・スタミナ状態など、アプリ内で生成されるゲームデータは お客様のデバイス内のみ に保存されます。当方のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。アプリをアンインストールすることで、これらのデータは完全に削除されます。

Game data generated within the App—such as quiz results, scores, and stamina status—is stored exclusively on your device. It is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all such data.

8お子様のプライバシー / Children's Privacy

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。保護者の方が、お子様が本アプリを使用していることに気づかれた場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。

ENGLISH

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has been using the App, please contact us using the details below.

9本ポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

本プライバシーポリシーは、法令の変更やサービスの改善に伴い、予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートノートにてお知らせします。最新のポリシーは常に本ページにてご確認いただけます。

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time in response to changes in law or improvements to the App. If material changes are made, we will notify you through the app's update notes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
