本プライバシーポリシーは、ToneBeyond（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ ChordVibe（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報および利用データの取り扱いについて説明するものです。

This Privacy Policy describes how ToneBeyond ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information and usage data in the iOS app ChordVibe (the "App").

本アプリは、当方のサーバーへ個人情報や利用データを送信しません。広告、トラッキング、分析SDKは使用していません。
以下の情報は、お客様のデバイス内にのみ保存されます。

本アプリは広告を表示しません。Google AdMob などの広告SDKは使用していません。
本アプリは App Tracking Transparency（ATT）によるトラッキング許可を求めません。広告識別子（IDFA）を取得せず、ユーザーを追跡する目的でデータを収集しません。
The App does not display ads and does not use advertising SDKs such as Google AdMob.
The App does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. It does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not collect data to track users.
本アプリは完全無料で利用できます。任意の応援として、StoreKit 2 による消費型アプリ内課金（Tip Jar）を提供する場合があります。
Tip Jar は純粋な応援であり、購入しても機能、コンテンツ、権利、利用制限の解除は発生しません。決済処理は Apple によって行われ、当方がクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を取得することはありません。
The App is completely free to use. It may offer optional consumable in-app purchases through StoreKit 2 as a Tip Jar.
The Tip Jar is purely optional support. Purchases do not unlock features, content, rights, or remove usage limits. Payments are processed by Apple, and we do not receive payment information such as credit card numbers.
端末内に保存されるデータは以下の目的にのみ使用します。
当方は、本アプリ内のデータを広告配信、トラッキング、第三者への販売に使用しません。

We do not use in-app data for advertising, tracking, or selling to third parties.
当方は、本アプリで保存されるデータを第三者に販売・提供・開示しません。
法令に基づく開示が必要な場合を除き、当方が本アプリの利用データを外部へ提供することはありません。
We do not sell, provide, or disclose data stored by the App to third parties.
Except where disclosure is required by law, we do not provide App usage data externally.
クイズ成績・スコア・設定など、アプリ内で生成されるデータは お客様のデバイス内のみ に保存されます。当方のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。アプリをアンインストールすることで、これらのデータは削除されます。
Data generated within the App, such as quiz results, scores, and settings, is stored exclusively on your device. It is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Uninstalling the App will delete this data.
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。保護者の方が、お子様が本アプリを使用していることに気づかれた場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has been using the App, please contact us using the details below.
本プライバシーポリシーは、法令の変更やサービスの改善に伴い、予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートノートにてお知らせします。最新のポリシーは常に本ページにてご確認いただけます。
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time in response to changes in law or improvements to the App. If material changes are made, we will notify you through the app's update notes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
